At Orion Mart, we know you're excited to receive your custom-printed gear! Because each item—from our T-shirts to our personalized mugs—is made-to-order specifically for you, we take extra care to ensure high quality before shipping.

1. Processing & Production Time

Unlike standard retail, we print your items on demand.

  • Production Time: Most orders are processed and printed within 2–5 business days.

  • Peak Seasons: During holidays (like Christmas or Father's Day), production may take up to 7 business days.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

We offer reliable shipping across the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

International Shipping 10–21 Business Days (Varies by country)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipment, not the date of order.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been printed and handed over to the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your package’s journey directly through the carrier’s website.

4. International Shipping

We do ship internationally! Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Orion Mart is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Incomplete or Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

6. Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or if the print is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Send an email to orionmart9@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the damaged item.

  • We will prioritize a replacement for you immediately!
