Refund Policy

At Orion Mart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in producing high-quality custom-printed T-shirts and mugs. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Custom & Personalized Products

Since most of our products are custom-made and personalized according to customer specifications (such as size, design, text, or images), we do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been confirmed and processed.

Eligible Cases for Refund or Replacement

We will happily offer a replacement or refund in the following situations:

  • You receive a damaged product

  • You receive the wrong item (wrong size, design, or product)

  • There is a printing error caused by us

In such cases:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue must be provided as proof

Once verified, we will either:

  • Replace the product at no extra cost, or

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds or replacements will not be provided if:

  • The customer provided incorrect design files, text, or sizing details

  • Minor color variations occur due to screen/display differences

  • The product was damaged due to misuse or improper washing

  • The order was placed under a discounted or promotional deal, unless the item is defective

Discounted & Sale Items

Items purchased during sales, promotions, or discounted deals are non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing or printing defects.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled before production begins

  • Once printing has started, cancellations are not possible

Refund Processing Time

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
