1. Cancellation Before Shipment

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

How to Cancel:

  • Contact our customer service team as soon as possible
  • Provide your order number and reason for cancellation
  • We will confirm the cancellation via email

Refund: If your order is successfully cancelled before shipment, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

2. Cancellation After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may refuse delivery or return the items according to our Return Policy once you receive them.

3. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. To ensure successful cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

4. Custom or Personalized Orders

Custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

5. Payment Authorization

If your order is cancelled before shipment, any payment authorization will be released. Please allow 3-5 business days for the hold to be removed from your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Partial Cancellations

If you wish to cancel only certain items from your order, please contact our customer service team. We will assist you based on the order status.

9. Sale and Promotional Items

Items purchased during sales or with promotional discounts follow the same cancellation policy. Refunds will be issued for the amount actually paid.
